Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• From the registration form: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, organisation, designation or course, profile, and how you heard about us.
• Payment details: payment status, method, reference number, and the payment slip you upload. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Attendance: whether you attended, and your certificate ID.
• Technical: your IP address, used only to block spam and repeated attempts.

2. Why we use it

• To manage your registration, confirm payment and send the Zoom link.
• To send you emails and WhatsApp messages about this series (reminders, joining link, certificate).
• To issue and verify your certificate.
• To keep accounts and records required by law.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated advertising.

3. Who can see it

• ICS Global, the organiser, and its team.
• Shinawatra University, the academic partner, through read-only access to the registration list for this series.
• Service providers: our web host (Hostinger), our email service, and Razorpay for online payments. They process data only to provide their service.

4. How long we keep it

We keep registration data for [e.g. 2 years] after the series so we can verify certificates and answer questions, then delete it. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by writing to the email below. Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may also complain to the data protection authority.

6. Security

The registration system runs over HTTPS. The team logs in with individual accounts, payment slips are not publicly accessible, and passwords are stored encrypted.
